| Warren County is located on the western border of Indiana. As of 2000, the population was 8,419. The county seat is Williamsport. Warren County has eight major highways running through it. They needed help funding their K-9 program and NACOP agreed to partner with them in a K-9 Matching Gift Program. Through their efforts the program was a success. | ||||||||||
