| A K-9 Matching Gift Program ran from October 1-October 31, 2004. Tyrone Police Department raised $4,500 which was matched by $4,500 from NACOP for a total K-9 grant of $9,000. | |||||||||||

| November 16, 2004 - The town of Tyrone, Oklahoma is located in the panhandle of Oklahoma. US-54 highway runs through the middle of the town. This highway is a national route for drug traffic. It is the hope and belief that the addition of a police K-9 will help stem the flow of drugs through the area. The Tyrone Police Department received $9,000 for their K-9 program. | |||||||||||
