January 30, 2004 - Jamie and Donna Shepherd flank Chief Robert Haught of the Sistersville, West Virginia Police Department during presentation of a $5,000.00 grant from NACOP to the Sistersville P.D. to purchase a canine and adapt a patrol vehicle for K-9 usage. The K-9, "Mauser" will be used as the sole drug detection dog within a three-county radius.
