The Beaver Police Department has always prided itself in creating new ways to help better serve our community As the criminal element of society continues to find new ways to avoid detection, we too must find new ways to eliminate crime. The Police Department has been exploring the possibility of establishing a K9 Unit for drug detection and tracking, to help protect our community and children from such a dangerous element of society. Thanks to NACOP the possibility is quickly becoming a probability.
